The 'Rights & Rewards' Project

' Rights & Rewards ' was funded under the JISC 'Digital Repositories Programme' from July 2005 to September 2007. It brought together three partners; the Department of Information Science, the Engineering Centre for Excellence in Teaching & Learning (engCETL) and the University Library. The project addressed the motivational issues facing depositors, namely support, rights and rewards, in a blended institutional repository.

We are pleased to announce the winner of the Academic Survey Prize Draw for a brand new iPod + iTalk

The ‘Rights and Rewards’ project team are please to announce the lucky winner of the academic survey prize draw. The winner is Alex McKee from the Faculty of Media Arts and Society at Southampton Solent University who was selected at random to receive an iPod plus iTalk – a voice recorder plug in which enables the recording of lectures, seminars and meetings etc. We would like to thank all participants who completed the survey and also to those who helped to distribute it. The results of which will be available via a report in the near future.
